GAF roofing installed professionally
Our neighbor had their roof installed a few months prior and we liked how great it looked. We contacted Sean and he was clear about our options and pricing. When they came to install the new roof the crew worked diligently and by the second day they were all done and my roof looked amazing. That was 8 months ago, since then we've had heavy rain and snow. with no issues. We also had two other neighbors recently get their roofs installed by Clear Vision based on our experience.
Chimney Chase Siding Repair
We had wood rot and deterioration of the chimney chase, which needed attention before the weather hit. Customer service was great. They were easy to work with in terms of scheduling. Workers were very professional and cleaned up the work area. One side of the chimney looked like it needed a second coat of paint, and they sent someone out to take care of it promptly. The price seemed reasonable. Highly recommend!
Replaced skylight
Clear Vision replaced my entire roof a few years ago. When a skylight started leaking (the skylight itself, not CV's reinstallation) I got a bid from CV. Their bid was lower than two other firms. The worker was efficient, professional, and did an excellent job. Now I don't worry about a rainy winter.
Great Job
Clear Vision Construction did a great job removing our old roof and installing the new one. They provide a great quality product at an affordable price and the quality of work was great too. It took a little longer than we hoped and it rained on an exposed portion of the roof but they addressed the problem and they warranty their work for the same duration as the roofing material. The end result was a great looking roof that improved the overall look of our home.
Completely Amazed
I am completely amazed at the service provided by Clear Vision. Right from the start they listened and provide what I requested. Every company I requested a quote from, even though I told them I was not buying today, tried the HARD CLOSE. Clear Vision simply took measurements and explained a little about their company and products and gave me the quote. Their quote was not the lowest, but the value for the money was awesome and a lot lower than most of the other bids. That was just the start. Everyone from the managers to the installers were polite and either met or exceeded every expectation. The project was completed quickly, efficiently and most of all professionally. The roof came out perfect I cannot be happier with my roof and Clear Visions service.

Lee provided a detailed explanation of the product and suggested improvements to attic ventilation. The quoted price was very competitive. The roofing job was very satisfactory; the crew cleaned up at the end of each work. The inspection after installation was very thorough, and we were provided with many photos of the roof.

Prompt response for EVERYTHING!! We called for an estimate and Lee came out and chatted with us about what we wanted, when we wanted it done, what would be the best for our home! Estimate arrived in our inbox the next morning. We chose to go with the GAF UHDZ roofing. Great product and great company that can only be installed by GAF trained installers. We did have 3 estimates, there price was in the middle but we felt very comfortable with this company and chose to go with them. 1 of the other companies was good as well but there just was something special about this company! Will DEFINATELY spread the word to any and all of our neighbors and friends about Clear Vision construction. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!!
