Re-Roofing Project in NE Portland – Day 1 – Tear-Off

These are a few pictures of Day 1 of a job that we are doing in NE Portland. It is a full tear-off. We may have to do some plywood replacement as the weather in Oregon lends itself to rain. We get rain on most days during the year. If the roof is not maintained then you will have to get more work done to the roof when it is finally time for roof replacement.

These are a couple pictures of Day 3 of a job that we are doing in NE Portland. All of the old shingles are off and the Tiger Paw synthetic felt is installed. The work is progressing nicely and the owners are very happy. They will have the best looking roof on the block. The weather has been awesome and held up through this project. We are very excited to see the outcome!
